Responsibilities ( The Role ) :
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative IoT solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
- Develop and implement IoT protocols and standards.
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable IoT architectures.
- Integrate IoT solutions with existing systems and platforms.
- Stay updated on emerging IoT technologies and industry trends.
- Conduct thorough testing of IoT applications to ensure functionality and security.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Work closely with product management to understand and refine IoT project requirements.
- Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams for end-to-end IoT system development.
- Troubleshoot and debug IoT applications as needed.
Skills & Attributes:
- Proven experience as an IoT Developer.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- In-depth knowledge of IoT protocols and standards (MQTT, CoAP, etc.).
- Experience with IoT security best practices and implementation.
- Familiarity with edge computing and cloud-based IoT platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Strong understanding of hardware-software integration in IoT systems.
- Familiarity with wireless communication protocols (BLE, Zigbee, LoRa, etc.).
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
