Responsibilities ( The Role ) :
- Serve as the subject matter expert on eSIM technology, standards, and implementation.
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to define eSIM solution requirements.
- Design and develop eSIM solutions tailored to meet client needs.
- Conduct thorough testing of eSIM solutions to ensure functionality and security.
- Provide technical support to clients during the integration and implementation of eSIM solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and advancements in eSIM technology.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote eSIM solutions to clients.
- Develop and deliver training programs on eSIM technology for internal teams and clients.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase eSIM capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve eSIM-related issues.
- Contribute to the development of new eSIM features and enhancements.
Skills & Attributes:
- Proven experience as an eSIM Solutions Specialist or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of eSIM technology, standards, and protocols.
- Strong understanding of SIM card architecture and provisioning processes.
- Experience in designing and implementing eSIM solutions for various use cases.
- Familiarity with eSIM security best practices and encryption methods.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language for clients.
- Collaborative approach in working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in eSIM technology.
