Responsibilities ( The Role ) :
Sales Performance Excellence:
• Demonstrate a consistent ability to surpass sales targets, achieving a remarkable YoY growth of 45% in net revenue generation.
• Demonstrate robust negotiation prowess by effectively concluding deals, emphasizing a proven track record of engaging with businesses involved in mobile telecom operators in previous roles, a prerequisite for this position
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring satisfaction with products or services.
Strategic Sales Leadership:
• Employ clear articulation of complex ideas and value propositions within the Telecom and Wireless Business domain, utilizing strategic thinking to drive sales.
• Lead strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives, coupled with a keen ability to analyze Wireless and telecom market trends and competitor activities.
Client Relationship Management:
• Exhibit proven expertise in building and nurturing client relationships, resulting in the sustained growth of client accounts.
• Establish a robust pipeline of prospects through diligent prospecting efforts, consistently increasing new business opportunities.
• Utilize proficiency in the Hindi language to connect with the Indian diaspora, enhancing rapport and understanding their unique needs.
Innovative Marketing and Revenue Growth:
• Increase sales revenue by implementing innovative marketing strategies and optimizing team performance.
• Collaborate with product development teams to continuously improve offerings based on customer feedback and evolving market needs.
• Adapt to evolving market dynamics and industry trends, contributing innovative ideas to stay ahead in the corporate account management landscape.
Consistent Achievement of Targets:
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets through diligent effort and persistence in closing deals.
• Organize regular sales meetings to review progress, share best practices, and set achievable targets for continued success
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector, expanding the client base and contributing to revenue growth.
Networking and Industry Engagement:
• Demonstrate robust networking skills by actively cultivating and sustaining professional relationships.
• Actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities to stay abreast of market trends and maintain a strong industry presence
Person Specification
This role requires a dynamic and results-driven Senior Corporate Account Executive proficient in Hindi, with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets, strategic leadership, and a comprehensive understanding of the Telecom and Wireless Business domain with good relationship with Telecom Operators top decision makers. Looking for a candidate having experience in this sector for more than 20 years would be an added advantage
Communicating effectively in Hindi enhances the candidate’s ability to connect with the Indian diaspora, fostering stronger relationships and facilitating successful sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring innovative approaches to marketing, client relationship management, and team leadership, driving international business expansion and consistently achieving targets.
