Responsibilities ( The Role ) : 

    • Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based telephony solutions.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their telephony requirements and propose suitable cloud solutions.
    • Configure and optimize cloud telephony platforms for maximum efficiency and performance.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud telephony systems.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate telephony solutions with other cloud services.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in cloud telephony technologies.
    • Conduct technical training sessions for internal teams and clients.
    • Participate in the development of proposals and presentations for cloud telephony solutions.
    • Ensure the security and compliance of cloud telephony systems.
    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed cloud telephony solutions.


    Skills & Attributes:

    • Proven experience as a Cloud Telephony Engineer or a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of cloud telephony platforms and services.
    • Experience with configuring and optimizing cloud telephony systems.
    • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in telephony.
    • Hands-on experience with VoIP technologies.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Stay updated on the latest developments in cloud telephony.
